Each time I sit to ruminate over the treasures that lay ahead for Librarians, my head or is it my mind (?), whichever, keeps telling and reminding me that those treasures are only for DYNAMIC LIBRARIANS.
At such times, the me in me will then begin to ask me the above question; who are dynamic librarians?
Colleagues and friends, a dynamic librarian is an individual that is self-motivated, active, vibrant, energetic, and forceful in pursuing and following trends in library and information profession. Such a person does not wait to be motivated before he delves into action in acquiring skills and achieving professional oriented goals rather he stands to motivate other through his landmarks.
The present information era require library and information professionals to be aggressive and dynamic.
